When I gave myself the name Sayuri, I also gave a name to the process of becoming who I am. It is the process of learning to listen, feel, express myself, and make peace with the fact that we are constantly changing beings with evolving needs.
I am who I am because I dare to see, use, and share the qualities that have been given to me through my hands, my heart, and my cells.
There are many talents within us whose existence we are not even aware of. How many of us are carrying hidden talents that could serve our lives, yet continue to live without them?
How many times have we wanted to give our voice space, but did not? Or perhaps the opposite happened: we expressed ourselves before we were ready.
Who is the one within us who holds us back? Who brings us solutions, and who brings us problems? Do we make decisions from a place of free will – or from shame?
I have a strong sensitivity to bodily signals, and I work with sensations, patterns, and limitations that may be difficult to notice through thinking alone. I owe much of the awareness I have developed in my life to this sensitivity, and I would like to share this space of discovery with you.
DISCLAIMER: This work is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. It does not replace professional mental-health care.
I have been engaged in continuous self-development for eight years, and for years I have been creating spaces in which people could explore their experience, desires and ways of relating to themselves.
As simple as this may sound, we often complicate our lives profoundly. It is essential to recognise how many self-sabotaging habits shape our lives—and how invisible they can remain until we are unable to explain why we still cannot allow ourselves to feel free, even when we are not facing immediate danger.
Our minds accumulate an enormous amount of theory in an attempt to protect us from actually experiencing life. We are afraid to step forward, afraid to begin, afraid to speak, afraid to feel—and afraid to continue feeling an emotion for as long as it lasts.
In reality, many people are afraid of their own desires when those desires do not align with the moral codes and self-image they have internalised.
I am not a teacher who tells you what you should do. I am an artist who believes that, through direct experience and the insights that emerge from it, we can come closer to ourselves and to one another.
The artistic experiment I offer is grounded in who I am, in the direct communication I bring, in my experiences, and in the stories of clients who have trusted me. Together, I introduce you to a space that has rapidly transformed my life and the lives of others.
We may not be able to choose what happens to us, but we can gradually explore how we relate to our inner states and what kind of support we need.
This offering is for:
• people who see everyone else as successful while experiencing themselves as mediocre;
• people who cannot connect with their sexuality and cannot imagine that they, too, might have access to it;
• people who have tried conventional therapeutic methods but still feel that they have lost their inner sense of direction and are drifting into meaninglessness;
• people who feel that they give everything to themselves, yet repeatedly escape into dependencies on other people or other things in order to feel good;
• people who have lost contact with their inner voice and do not dare to express their emotions;
• people who allow themselves to perceive their needs and assess their surroundings only through the narrowest range of emotions;
• people who are ready to uncover the illusions that conceal them, discover their natural means of expression, and explore through themselves what kind of reality can be created when they make use of the resources already within them;
• people who want to create richer, more meaningful connections with themselves, with others, and with the world;
• people who are willing to experience and learn from their bodies as instruments – especially those who continue to struggle with physical problems that conventional methods have not resolved;
• people who have intellectually given up on their desires, while their hearts have not.
