SESSION

WE DO NOT GROW BY UNDERSTANDING THINGS IN THEORY ALONE. REAL GROWTH BEGINS WHEN WE TAKE ACTION AND START MOVING FORWARD IN PRACTICE.

My artistic perspective has also been informed by a range of personal and professional experiences. I completed the first level of Biodynamic Breathwork as an individual participant. I have practised Zen on several occasions during retreats in a Zen-temple setting. I previously worked in Hungary as a licensed Yumeiho massage practitioner, and I have also participated in art-therapy settings as a participant.

BDSM power dynamics were a central field of practical inquiry in my work as a professional dominatrix. This experience continues to inform my artistic interest in consent, boundaries, agency, communication, projection, power, vulnerability and social roles. These experiences belong to my personal, professional and artistic background. They inform the questions, sensitivity and perspective I bring to my artistic practice; however, they are not presented as therapeutic methods, treatments or qualifications offered through my current sessions.

I currently offer private, one-to-one artistic sessions exclusively online by live video call. The format may include conversation, creative reflection, images, imagination, voice and spoken invitations to notice one’s own associations, boundaries, desires, perceptions and embodied experience.

These sessions do not include in-person meetings, physical touch, massage, Yumeiho, bodywork, facilitated breathwork, Zen instruction, art therapy, psychotherapy, psychological counselling, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, sexual contact, sexual services or erotic interaction. They do not replace professional medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic care, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

HOW A SESSION

LOOKS LIKE?

I currently offer private one-to-one artistic sessions exclusively online, through live video calls.

This is a space for artistic inquiry, attentive conversation and creative exploration. It may involve spoken reflection, images, imagination, voice, writing, and invitations to notice one’s own associations, desires,  boundaries, social roles and embodied experience.

There is no prescribed way of participating. You decide what you would like to bring into the session, what you want to share, and which invitations feel relevant to you.

I do not interpret your life for you, diagnose you, or tell you who you are. I do not guarantee a particular outcome, transformation, healing, decision or solution. The value of the session lies in making time and space for  attention, questions, expression and artistic experimentation.
My role is to hold a clear, direct and respectful artistic framework. I offer my attention, artistic perspective, experience with performance and power dynamics, and a space in which. thoughts, images, feelings and questions can be approached without having to become a fixed story immediately.

What a session can include

Each session is individual. Depending on what you would like to explore, it may include:

• A focused conversation about a theme, image, question or situation that matters to you.

• Artistic reflection on identity, visibility, desire, boundaries, power, agency, shame,
expression or social roles.

• Work with language, imagery, memory, voice or body language.

• Optional invitations to notice your own posture, sensations, comfort, energy or movement while remaining fully self-directed in your own space.

• A short closing reflection on what you noticed, what you want to keep with you, or what questions you may wish to sit with afterward. I do not use touch, massage, Yumeiho, bodywork, facilitated breathwork or physical exercises in the
online sessions. There is no in-person meeting.

Important boundaries

The sessions are an artistic and experiential format. They are not psychotherapy, art therapy, psychological counselling, coaching, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention or a substitute for professional mental-health care.

The sessions do not include sexual contact, sexual services, erotic interaction, online sexual activity, nudity requirements or phone sex. Although my artistic background includes long-term work with BDSM power dynamics, these sessions are non-sexual.

This format is not appropriate for acute psychological distress, suicidal thoughts, a psychiatric crisis, intoxication, an immediate risk of harm, or urgent physical or medical concerns. In such circumstances, please contact an appropriate local emergency, crisis or healthcare service.

If a situation arises during a session in which I believe that this artistic format is not appropriate, I may pause or end the session and encourage you to seek
suitable professional support.

How it goes

I offer 1:1 sessions for 60 minutes.
Key: connecting to your inner Artist, who has the power to make change in the sake of your well-being and bringing decisions, which resonates with the individuals more authentic version

1. You share what topic you would like to explore – you tell me what is alive in you right now in the first 15 – 20 minutes.

2. I ask questions – I guide your attention with leading questions.

3. Somatic meditation practice – a body-centered exercise to reconnect with your body on all levels and we integrate it immediately.

4. Guiding back and integration – I help you return to everyday awareness, and together we articulate what has integrated into your body.
